Community Guidelines

RollPlace is built around discovering great experiences and sharing them with others. These Community Guidelines exist to keep our community welcoming, honest, and fun for everyone.

Be Honest

Share genuine reviews and experiences. Only review places you've actually visited. Don't post fake reviews — positive or negative — or accept compensation in exchange for reviews without disclosing it. Honest content helps everyone make better decisions.

Be Respectful

Treat other members of the community with respect. Disagreements about food or venues are fine — personal attacks are not. Do not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or targeted at individuals. Harassment of any kind will result in account suspension.

Keep It Relevant

Reviews and posts should be about the experience at the venue. Avoid including personal information about staff members, unrelated political content, or anything that isn't helpful to someone deciding whether to visit.

Protect Privacy

Do not post personal information about others without their consent. This includes photos of people without their permission, private addresses, or any information that could be used to identify or locate someone.

No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not use RollPlace to advertise your own business, promote affiliate links, or post duplicate content across multiple venues. Venue owners should not post reviews of their own businesses.

Appropriate Content

All content — photos, reviews, and profile information — must be appropriate for a general audience. Do not post explicit, graphic, or violent content. Profile photos must be appropriate and represent you as an individual.

Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it. We review all reports and take action when guidelines are violated. Repeated or serious violations will result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines will be suspended or permanently banned. We appreciate your help in keeping RollPlace a great place for everyone.
