Terms of Service

Welcome to RollPlace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RollPlace application. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RollPlace, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or violates any law
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post to the App (reviews, photos, experiences). By posting content, you grant RollPlace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

You represent that you own or have the right to share all content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.

5. Recommendations

The App generates activity and restaurant recommendations. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. RollPlace does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any recommended venue. Always verify details directly with the venue before visiting.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Some recommendations and booking buttons in the App contain affiliate links. If you tap one and complete a booking or purchase with a partner (such as a hotel, restaurant reservation, activity, or event ticketing provider), RollPlace may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence which venues we recommend — we only place affiliate links on genuine recommendations. 7. Reservations and Invites

The reservation and invite features within the App are tools to help you organise plans with others. RollPlace is not a booking agent and does not guarantee availability at any venue. Confirmed plans within the App do not constitute a reservation with the venue itself.

8. Intellectual Property

The RollPlace name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties about the accuracy of recommendations or the quality of venues suggested.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollPlace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RollPlace is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
